Digital Products — PDF Guides
Due to the instant-download nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds on PDF guides once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading your file, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately.
Dropshipping Products — T-Shirts & Tote Bags
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Item arrived damaged or defective

Wrong size or color was shipped (our error)

Item is significantly different from the product description
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please check our size guide carefully)

Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Gift cards
- Items on sales
To be eligible for a return, email info@wearyourvalues.mu with your order number and photos of the issue. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Approved returns will receive a replacement or full refund within 10 business days.
Handmade Creations
Handmade pieces are carefully inspected before shipping. We accept returns only if:

The item arrives damaged due to shipping

The item is significantly different from what was described or shown.
Handmade pieces are not eligible for return due to change of mind. Please review photos carefully before purchasing.
Custom Commission Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun. A 50% deposit is taken at the start. If you wish to cancel before work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Pour être admissible à un retour, votre article doit être dans le même état que celui dans lequel vous l’avez reçu, non porté ou non utilisé, avec les étiquettes et dans son emballage d’origine. Vous aurez également besoin du reçu ou de la preuve d’achat.

Si votre retour est accepté, nous vous enverrons une étiquette d’expédition de retour, ainsi que des instructions sur la manière et le lieu d’envoi de votre colis. Les articles renvoyés sans demande préalable de retour ne seront pas acceptés.
