Our Story

Wear Your Values® was born in Mauritius — not in a boardroom, but in a home studio in Flic-en-Flac, where fabric, thread, and intention come together.

I'm Christel, a fashion entrepreneur and embroidery artist. For years, I designed and sold ethical clothing, believing that what we wear carries meaning. Then one day, I put down the scissors and picked up a needle.

That small gesture changed everything.

Hand embroidery reminded me why I fell in love with fashion in the first place — the slowness of it, the intimacy, the fact that every stitch is a decision made by a human hand. I started the Women of the World series to share that feeling with women everywhere.

Each tutorial is a portrait. Each portrait celebrates a woman. Each woman has a story worth stitching.
